Q: I placed an order when you were High Country Holsters, do you still have my order?

A: Yes, we have it and will be processed in the order it was received.


Q: What is your current lead time?

A: It's listed and updated on the Main page, you just have to scroll down to find it. 


Q: Can you rush my order?

A: We will only bump and order if it's past it's lead time or if you're an Law Enforcement Officer/Military.


Q: Do you offer LEO/1st Responder/Military discounts? If so, how do I get the discount?

A: Yes, we offer 10% off entire orders. Contact us via e-mail and send us some credential as proof.


Q: Can I cancel my order or return it for a refund?

A: No. Per the Terms page, there are no cancellations or refunds offered. 


Q: I placed an order, but I made a mistake, can you change it?

A: Depends on where in the manufacturing process your order currently is in. Send us an e-mail.


Q: I have a gun that's not listed on your website. Can you make a holster for it?

A: No, at this time we have suspended our "Buy a mold" option.


Q: My have a gun with a threaded barrel, will your holsters work with it?

A: As long as you tell us in the "Special Instructions" when you order, it will work.
